Commission reports on ninth negotiation round with five Eastern and Southern African countries to deepen existing EPA
The European Commission has published the report summarising progress made during the latest negotiation round to deepen the existing Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with five Eastern and Southern African partners.
Today marks the fifth anniversary of the provisional application of the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). CETA is a central pillar of the political, trade and economic partnership between the EU and Canada.
Today, the European Commission published its Annual Report on the EU's trade defence activities of 2021. The Report concludes that 462,000 EU jobs were directly protected by the EU's trade measures in 2021 in key EU manufacturing sectors such as aluminium, steel, ceramics and green technology.
