Thomas Brinkmann is Chief Executive Officer of GAEA Products S.A., a leading Greek producer of premium olive oils and table olives with a strong international presence and a clear focus on accelerating global sales growth.
Brinkmann brings extensive experience leading multinational companies across industry and services, with particular strengths in strategy development, turnaround management, cost control, and operational excellence.
Under his leadership GAEA returned to profitability through debt restructuring, the rollout of a new US business model, and optimisation of its olive-oil procurement strategy.
Before joining GAEA, Brinkmann held senior management roles in the insurance sector, where he developed deep expertise in pricing, risk management, and process digitalisation. He serves on the board of Sevitel (the Hellenic Association of Olive Oil Packers), on the German-Greek Chamber of Commerce and is a Trade Champion for Greece, appointed by the European Commission.
He holds a PhD in banking and business administration and is fluent in German, English, Greek, and Spanish.
