11th Public Session of the Civil Society Dialogue Forum from the EU-Central America Association Agreement

A forum established by the Association Agreement for representatives of environmental, economic and social sectors to discuss trade-related aspects of sustainable development.

  • Date: 26/06/2025, 16:00-20:00 CET ( 08:00 AM Costa Rica time)
    • Location: Hybrid (online via Zoom, and in-person at the Barcelo San José Hotel, San Jose, Consta Rica)

Representatives from trade unions, business organisations, environmental groups and other civil society organisations are invited to the public session of the Civil Society Dialogue Forum between the European Union and Central American countries.

Officials from the European Commission and the governments of the six Central American countries (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama) will exchange views with participants on the implementation of the Trade and Sustainable Development Title of the Agreement.

Room/Platform: The meeting will be held in hybrid format. Participants may choose to participate in person (Barcelo San José Hotel, San Jose, Costa Rica) or remotely. For remote participation, a connection link to the Zoom platform will be provided to registered participants.
