Anti-dumping measures on cement
Status
The Panel, established on 29 August 2003, suspended its work on 13 January 2006 at the request of Mexico in the context of negotiations to find a mutually agreed solution to the dispute. Since the Panel has not been requested to resume its work, the authority for the establishment of the Panel lapsed as of 14 January 2007 in accordance with Article 12.12 of the DSU. No mutually agreed solution has been notified to the WTO.
