Commission acts against unfairly traded decor paper from China

Today the Commission imposed anti-dumping measures on imports of decor paper from China. The measures guard EU producers of decor paper, who collectively employ over 2,000 people across the Union, from unfairly traded imports from China.

Duties ranging from 26.4% to 26.9% are being imposed on imports of decor paper from China after an investigation showed that such imports were being sold at dumped prices in the EU and thus causing injury to EU industry.

Decor paper is used as a coating in the production of furniture and more broadly in the interior design, construction and renovation industries.
