Karoliina Rasi is a senior public affairs and strategic communications professional with more than 25 years of experience in EU advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and industry representation in Brussels. She is Head of Public Affairs, Europe at Outokumpu, a leading producer of sustainable stainless steel, and leads the company’s Brussels office.
Before joining Outokumpu, Karoliina held senior roles at the Confederation of Finnish Industries and the European Shipowners’ Association, working across major European industry sectors and policy areas.
