As several interested civil society organisations were not able to join the CSD meeting on the EU-Mercosur partnership agreement on Tuesday 10^th December and given that reading the published latest texts may have generated additional questions, this 2^nd CSD meeting on the EU-Mercosur partnership agreement offers the opportunity to discuss outstanding and additional questions.
