On 22 June the Commission publishes the Communication on the Contribution of Trade Agreements to Sustainable Development, in line with the commitment to conduct an early review of the 15-Point Action Plan of 2018. The Communication identifies policy priorities and concrete action points to strengthen the ability of trade agreements, in concert with other relevant instruments of EU policy, to champion sustainable trade in cooperation with trade partners and stakeholders from civil society.
The purpose of this meeting is to present the new Communication and to discuss its contents with stakeholders.
