Thailand challenges the use of zeroing by the US in the anti-dumping duty measure, and the "Continuous Bond Requirement" imposed by the US on imports of shrimp from Thailand subject to the anti-dumping duties, considering that these measures are inconsistent with a number of ADA and GATT obligations.
