The US continues to suspend obligations and to impose import duties in excess of bound rates on imports from the EC despite the EC's adoption of a measure to comply with the rulings in the EC-Hormones dispute.

The panel has issued it's (confidential) final report to the parties. It's public circulation is expected for late March 2008.
