Status
The timetable in this case has been set aside (see Communication from the Chairman of the Panel on 18/4/2006 below) and the panel is currently inactive. To address various procedural issues arising in this case, and because of the refusal by the US to provide certain information pertaining to a number of subsidy measures benefiting Boeing in the US, the European Communities initiated a new WTO dispute settlement case, named "WT/DS353 United States – Measures Affecting Trade in Large Civil Aircraft (second complaint) ".
