Anti-dumping duties on imports of paper from Indonesia

Status

The panel was composed on 25 October 2004 and its report was circulated on 28 October 2005. The report was adopted at the DSB meeting of 28 November 2005. The Parties agreed on the reasonable period of time, which expired on 28 July 2006. On 22 December 2006 Indonesia requested the establishment of a compliance panel, which was established on 23 January 2007 and composed on 5 February 2007.
