Status

The panel and the Appellate Body ruled that the Dominican Republic's measures are inconsistent with the GATT 1994. Honduras and the Dominican Republic agreed on a reasonable time for a part of the implementation, which has expired on 19 May 2005. There is no further information, given that the Dominican Republic has not submitted status reports under Article 21.6 of the DSU.
