Status

Panel composed on 4 Sept. 2003. Panel report circulated on 16 July 2004. At its meeting on 17 December 2004, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body report and the Panel Report as modified by the Appellate Body Report. At the end of the "reasonable period of time" for implementation, Argentina asked for a compliance panel (21.5 DSU).

This panel was composed on 20 March 2006, and circulated its report on 30 November 2006. Both the United States and Argentina appealed the panel report. The Appellate Body circulated its report on the compliance proceedings on 12 April 2007.
