Panel and AB report adopted on 10 Dec. 2003. Japan and the US mutually agreed that the reasonable period of time to implement the recommendations and rulings of the DSB will expire on 30 June 2004. The parties have confirmed procedures under Art. 21 and 22 of the DSU.
