Definitive anti-dumping measures on steel rebar from Turkey

Status

Panel report adopted on 1 Oct. 2002. Most Turkish claims dismissed. Mutually agreed reasonable period of time not more than 9 months. Egypt submitted its revised injury and dumping assessment to the interested parties. Turkey did not fully agree with Egypt's alleged full compliance but decided not to pursue the matter further.
